Introduction to Theatre is meant for folks who like theatre but haven't had a lot of experience. We explore the foundations of theatre, improv, ensemble work, and monologues. As a teacher, I focus especially on helping my students develop their soft skills. These skills (such as public speaking, creativity, and confidence) are crucial for students' successes in real-world situations. Currently, Introduction to Theatre concludes with a student-selected final unit (each year I have offered this class, students have chosen "Film" for their final project.
